3. Docs（Three-Document Sync）

• 3.1 寫 docs/product-guide/auth.md（customer-facing：bootstrap + 密碼策略 + 鎖定 + 改密能力描述）
• 3.2 寫 docs/product-guide/audit-log.md（customer-facing：稽核能力概述 + 5 年保留承諾）
• 3.3 寫 docs/journeys/S01-1-bootstrap.md（首次安裝旅程）
• 3.4 寫 docs/journeys/S01-7-security-policy.md（密碼策略 + 鎖定 + 改密旅程）
• 3.5 確認 journey 內每個畫面都有對應 wireframe slug（即使尚未生成）
• 3.6 確認 journey 內每個能力都有對應 product-guide 段落

4. Wireframe

• 4.1 確認 Open Design daemon 在跑（curl localhost:7456/api/agents）
• 4.2 跑 npm run wf:gen add-auth-foundation -- --no-open
• 4.3 生成檔案 ≥ 4：bootstrap.html / security-policy.html / change-password.html / locked.html
• 4.4 視覺檢查每頁可開、light/dark toggle 正常

5. Build & Validate

• 5.1 跑 npm run build（含 scenarios + spec-completeness + link validator）
• 5.2 確認 site/ 含 4 個 wireframe 頁 + 2 個 product-guide + 2 個 journey
• 5.3 確認首頁 index.html 列出 add-auth-foundation change

6. Commit & Push

• 6.1 git add openspec/changes/add-auth-foundation docs/product-guide docs/journeys docs/wireframes/add-auth-foundation
• 6.2 Commit with Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context)
• 6.3 Push 到 main → 觸發 Cloudflare Pages 部署

7. Linear（Sprint 1 PBI）

• 7.1 跑 node scripts/sprint-push.mjs add-auth-foundation --merge-deltas --dry-run
• 7.2 確認 dry-run 輸出：1 張 issue（[auth] 平台 bootstrap + 密碼安全策略）含 6 AC + 2 NFR + Cross-Cap Deltas section
• 7.3 PM ratify → 真打 --merge-deltas（去掉 --dry-run）
• 7.4 確認 scripts/.linear-issues.json 更新並 commit

8. Archive（Sprint 結束時）

• 8.1 確認 Linear issue 全部 Done（dev 端 AC 跑完）
• 8.2 跑 openspec archive add-auth-foundation --yes → spec 升格至 openspec/specs/auth/ + openspec/specs/audit-log/
• 8.3 確認 docs 內所有指向 openspec/changes/add-auth-foundation/ 的連結改為 archive 路徑或 canonical
• 8.4 npm run build 全綠（link validator pass）
• 8.5 Commit archive 動作 + push
